A BUDDHA SIGHTING

This is a concertina-style book with alternating pop-up and inverted windows for Ferlinghetti's poem. The verses are screen printed, plus letterpress printed titles and colophon, using the Bangla NM typeface. 

Hand-printed on 335 gm Coventry rag paper. Covers are wrapped in hand-made paper with a printed title. Woodcuts on the inside front and back covers.

The book comes in a dedicated box with a printed title. Edition of 10 copies, signed and numbered. When closed the book measures 9 x 5.25 x 1 inch 23 x 13.5 x 2.5 cm) when opened for display the dimensions are 9 x 50 x 4 inches (23 x 125 x 10 cm).
